Introduction - ONE ORDER FORM FOR ALL USERS When you log into the new database the first thing you will see is your medical gas orders. You will notice a few changes from the last DB. First you will no longer have a Airgas Ticket Database, you will still receive an email when a ticket is issued but now your ticket # will be located on the same page as your list of gas orders. This way you will see as soon as you logon if Airgas recieved your order. If the ticket # field is blank after 24 hours please contact me DO NOT WAIT Airgas is on campus everyday. Also, the ticket format has changed instead of this format 123456_12 the new ticket # will look like this 123456_12_01. Your ticket # is 123456 and _12_01 will represent the date to expect your order. To place an order click on link that says Add New or Place Gas Order most of the information is filled in for you. If you are placing a order for C02 choose C02 Tall Tank in the Gas Type drop down menu. Purity is used only when you would like a certain type of gas it does not refer to C02 cylinder. C02 is a standard gas so no purity is needed. If you want to add a medical gas to the order form please send me an E-mail.
